One of his most noteworthy achievements is pioneering and successfully executing a Public-Private Partnership (“PPP”) transaction. This landmark accomplishment marked the first-ever PPP venture undertaken by the Government of Sindh, with a project size of approximately Rs. 6.5 billion.
